The staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel maintained high standards. everything was relaxing and cute. breakfast was great and had a wide variety of options. I especially liked the fresh omelets made to order! the pools were amazing and the location was superb for exploring the island.
the bar mixed too much water in the drinks, quite unnecessary for such a nice place.

the pool's water temperature was quite cold. it prevented comfortable swimming after long hikes. this limited pool enjoyment.

the ocean views were amazing, really fine. breakfast service was also good. the infinity pool looked very beautiful, and was a lovely setting.
the hotel felt more like a city spa than a seaside holiday. it was also very dark throughout, not very practical. the area around the hotel had limited restaurants and the hotel restaurants were not amazing.
